Generic death game: Reloaded, or Gdgr for short, is a danganronpa/ reality tv inspired project about a group of contestants competing for a million dollars. They have to vote someone off the show every 2 episodes (or two weeks in their time) until one player remains, with the obvious twist that the losers don't leave the studio alive. Once the group learns they were lied to, they rush to find a way out, learning they're trapped in a labyrinth built with all the subtle evil of real reality tv buildings.
This project was originally a danganronpa fan project transformed into an original work with it's inspirations still evident. It's currently a work in progress, and videos relating to the project can be viewed here:
Our main character, Maria Rose, is a girl desperately in need of good fortune. With her parents passing away when she was barely an adult, she's the only person able to care for her younger sister, while struggling to get by day to day, she's met with a life changing phone call. She's been cast for a new reality tv show with a grand prize of 1 million dollars on the line, will she survive the deadliest competition America's yet to see and take home the million? Or will she be executed by her fellow contestants?
